Megan Bounit is an educator, technology leader, and meditation teacher with more than two decades of experience in independent, charter, and public PreK–12 schools. She has taught students, coached and supported educators and staff, led technology teams and departments, facilitated adult learning, partnered with school leaders on strategy and innovation, and guided school communities through thoughtful, ethical, and mission-aligned uses of technology. Megan has presented nationally and regionally on educational technology, artificial intelligence, resilience, faculty development, and leadership.
Her work now lives at the intersection of systems and the nervous system. Megan integrates her background in technology leadership with meditation, resilience practices, and human-centered facilitation to support individuals and communities in navigating complexity without burning out.
As a lifelong learner, active community member, and School Reform Initiative (SRI)-trained facilitator, she remains deeply committed to equity, inclusion, belonging, and creating environments where people feel seen, supported, and able to grow.
In addition to her work in schools, Megan is a certified Instinctive Meditation® teacher and Kripalu-certified RISE facilitator. She also creates immersive experiences that bring together technology and contemplative practice to support calm, clarity, and connection in everyday life.
